SAP WEBI EXPORT TO EXCEL NO SEPARATOR

Hi all, My Client face a problem in SAP Webi like this:

1. When open the report in Webi Mode, the thousand separator and zero separator appear. Ex. 1,000,000.00

2. But when export to Excel, the Separator didnt show up, no separator. Ex. 1000000

Do i miss something for setting up the Separator?

When exporting to excel please make sure to select prioritize format which will preserve the format.

Thanks for reply. I've already changed Prioritize Format when Saving in Excel in Preferences. But still didnt work. Any suggestions?

Right click the cell in webi and go to format number option. Select Custom and apply number formatting as "#,###.##" (or any number format you want - but make sure it is defined under Custom). Save and export to excel and see if decimal separators appear or not.

Great Mr Arijit. It Works! It's quite strange, i must edit all of my reports that has alredy scheduled in Excel, change its format from DEFAULT to "#,###.##"
