Yes, in the PAI for prog1, for back button, give leave to transaction 'PROG2'.

    case ok_code.

    when 'BACK'.

    leave to transaction 'PROG2'.

Assuming, prog2 is the first program., and prog2 is the transaction code for it.

    hi ,

you can use submit statement like this ,

SUBMIT program1 AND RETURN . - this will show the report without selection screen.

    code it in program 2.

SUBMIT program2 AND RETURN via selection-screen.

this will show report with selection screen .. code it in program1.

If you want the selection screen in the both cases, when you are calling PROG2 & when you are pressing BACK button then you can use..

SUBMIT < PROGRAM NAME > VIA SELECTION-SCREEN AND RETURN

and if you want selection screen only when clicking BACK button then use Susmitha's logic.
