Gratuity Exemption

Dear Gurus,

As per our Gratuity Scheme we have benefit more than gratuity.

Right now our system is behaving as per the standard gratuity act ,since our gratuity exemption is not coming under gratuity act .we need to implement the below formula in our exemption .

Average Basic salary of last 10 months(upto month prior to leaving)/30*15*number of year completed service.

Can any guide me on this.

    Dear Swswati,

    Yes you are right, SAP behaves as per the statutory norms. if your clint process is not falls under standard gratuity act then you can build your own logic through custom program for gratuity like your FNF(Full and final settlement) development. Make sure before providing this solution to the clint as this process belongs to statutory compliance.
