Hi Vandana,

Check your User group in V_588B_M table for your actions.

For example below is the entry:

Make sure that you have maintained User parameters in SU01 for your user as below.

MOL (Country Grouping) = 40 (India)

UGR (User Grouping)      = 40 (Actions menu as shown in above screenshot)

try the above and let me know the outcome after this.

Hi Vandana,

Have you checked the settings in T529A as i mentioned in previous message???... Also no need to add 0000 infotype to the infogroup automatically it will be appearing based upon the settings in t529A.

Hope this solves the issue.

Hi Vandana,

Could you plz give me a screenshot of table: V_T588D for your action.

And why do you use Execute Infogroup to run an action ?

Once You enter the data in IT-0000, click on save and continue (Try this and let me know), Don't use Execute Infogroup option.

Hi Vandana,

This happens when the Personnel Action has already executed and again you are trying to execute.

Choose different personnel action in PA40. Or if you need to change any particular infotype on excuted action use PA30.

Thanks

Hi Vandana,

This warning message will be displayed in standard system when you are trying to execute the action which is already been executed in system.

For E.g already you have executed an action on 01.04.2013 for an employee again when you try to execute the action from PA30 by clicking on the change button against the 0000 infotype as shown below,

The above information will be displayed here just to say that 0000 infotype doesn't get changed as only the infotypes in infogroups will be changed. In case in PA40 again you are trying to execute an action on a date which is already executed then previous record will be deleted. I hope this gives you a clear idea on the issue . Always use PA40 for executing action and don't use PA30 (Change option) where the 0000 infotype no new record id been created.

If still you are not getting the solution please paste the screenshot of the message.

Mithun, I am trying to execute tranfer action through PA40. We have a code called 1C for transfer/ Promotion/ Progression actions and in reasons 01 for promotion, 02 for transfer, 03 for progression, 04 for transfer and progression, 05 transfer and promotion. I am trying to execute action from PA40 with different start date by selecting 1C and tried with different combination of reasons. . In this case the system should actually delimit the previous record and capture the new record in 0000 infotype. But then in my case the system is not saving this latest record which I created in 0000 infortype but the same is being captured in other infotype while I have clicked on execute infogroup. I also tried with different actions like organization re assignment, Change in pay its still the same

HI Vandana,

Please check your table entry T529A and check for the checkbox U0000 maintained against the action type as shown below,

Hope this solves the issue.
