Purchase Order Printout Issue

Dear All,

we have assigned Customized PO output Layout for the Standard SAP Program for PO output.

we tried to print out the PO with One material Line item . output is coming correctly . if we try to add one more material in the PO , system is showing number of Un-necessary Pages only with header & footer . Please help us , why these number of pages is coming unnecessary in the PO output when we add one material in the PO .

    Hi,

    Since its a custom form, you need to check the form assigned to the output type (in NACE transaction you can see the form assignment) with the help of abaper.

    Hi,

    With ref, to your problem, Pls check smartform of PO with help of ABAPER. You can get detail of smartform of PO through NACE Tcode.

    After Running Tcode NACE , Select "EF - Purchase Order" Application and then click on "Output Types" Tab.

    After that select "Processing routines " and "Output Type - Purchase Order" select "Details". Tab .

    Check your smartform ,hope your prob will solved.

    May be some logic is missing to populate data in the smartform after adding the material. Is it happening after printing the document or before printing the document ?.If it is after printing then change document printing is not included.Ask your ABAP person to debug the smart form after adding the material.For technical issues only APAP persons can help you .

    thanks for the reply . I discussed with Technical Consultant . They developed with SCRIPT FORM

    kindly suggest to check in this script form .
