Difference between Performance Appraisal and Compensation Management

Dear Experts,

Would you like to know the difference between performance appraisal and compensation management module??

what is the process for both modules?? If anybody having any documents on performance appraisal please share

    PA and PM are two different modules. Performance Appraisal is done for the employees to check their skills and they need any training in their fields and it is also most helpful for the % of salary hike of the every year. some organisations will give hike percentage based on the performance appraisal percentages.

    Compensation Management is to give Bonus, any allowance or increase of basic salary for the employee. in this company will fix the percentage of increase of salary and bonus and in some conditions consider the results of performance appraisal also. even though these two are not inter related. sharing doc's is against to SCN rules.
