Quotation sending to user

Hi Expert,

Is it possible that once received quotation from vendor,then buyer can send it to user(with notification) by email? that is Buyer attache quotation and send to PR created person for techincial evaluation.Is there any facility in SAP? please advise.

I searched in the sdn,but I could not get answer for this.
