     1.Why we use Line Types in Row Level Tables of SAP Business One?

     2.When Line Type=R or S or T occurs in Row Level Tables?

     3.What is the purpose of Tmsp_DocLineTypeLayout Stored Procedure?

I just wanted to inform you of  one more option available in the Line type known as Alternative which is denoted as 'A' which appears in same place as others

This line type appears only in Sales Quotation(SQ).You can see it any opened SQ or while creating a new SQ, you can select the row as alternative.

This line type is mainly useful if you want to add an item as alternative item for the existing item  in the sales quotation .

Hi,

1. Line types are useful to add sub total or text in between the items

2. a) R- Regular line type which is normal line type when open any form

b) When you add sub total, line type becomes Sum

c) When you add any text, the line type becomes as  text
