FAGLL03 account balance mismatches for users

hi experts

I am getting trouble with the fagll03 report for withholding tax account in that for 3 different users the balances are different. The balance for the first two users is similar but different for the third user. I exported the balances to excel and the comparison showed that there were some transactions that the third users' report didn't pick.

The system does not display items due to a missing authorization.

However, the system does not issue any message. This may confuse the user.

if users have not approprate authorizations for listed accounts so report doesn't display balances for them

Issue might be layout options, filtering functionality or excluding functionality.

The issue was  authorization objects. Basis fixed it and it worked

Check your selection variant for 2 users and validate the screen layout, it should be same.

else check if there is any authorization group setup for users which might show difference in information.
