IBAN Configuration steps for Qatar

Dear Experts,

I have done the table changes" V_T77S0 -Activated ADMIN IBAN with "S" and

IT0009: Entered Bank key and Number and click on Proposal but the message say that "IBAN cannot be generated" and

then I have entered IBAN manually, but still the message says that "Generation not possible". so I couldn't able to save the record.

Can any one let me know the complete process in-order to save IBAN in IT0009??
