Ready not ready buttons disabled in SAP CRM IC

Hi Gurus,

When i login to IC, ready and not ready buttons are disabled and user is not able to receive calls. We have checked all the configurations and all looks fine. All other agents are not having this issue and only one user is facing this issue. Bucher and suter is our integration partner.

Please help us if any one faced this issue.

Nothing has been changed in SAP for the user. We have tried log out and resetting the phone. Nothing works.

Attached is the ICI trace i can see for the user.

    Hello All, Issue is resolved. Issues is at CTI end. They have re-associated the agent ID and it worked.

    • Hi Lakshman,

      If you check in your log file, you can check the following error:

      "C a n n o t l o g o n t o c o m m u n i c a t i o n m a n a g e m e n t s o f t w a r e s y s t e m"

      So, the problem is in your connection to your CMS/ITS software. Try to recheck your settings.Ashik suggested a very good note to follow up...
