Log Version in SXMB_MONI

Hi,

I have interface from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors for creating session ID.

I'm testing this interface using SoapUI.

If I send Soap request directly to SuccessFactors i get the response back from SuccessFactors with session ID but when I try to send the request through SAP PI, then i have processing completed, DLVD and then timeout error in Communication Channel monitoring and get  Icon 'Log Version' in sxmb_moni.

Please let me know if u have encountered this problem to help resolve it.

Restarted Java engine after importing Keys to PI and applied note: 1911037

still experiencong the same issue.

Any Inputs/Thoughts?
