Dynamically Generating Reports in Table Format

Hi All,

I want to generate a report dynamically depending on the content.

Also the Report should be in Tabular format with cells having Black Borders .

the Header must be in Bold Font, and have a background color.

Does CR support this feature?

Or is there any alternative for acheiving this feature?

It means that I am binding datatable to the report, and the datatable can have varying no. of columns.

I am having an application in which the user has a provision to select the columns which he wants in his report.i.e he can view all the columns or he can hide some of the columns.

For this the data is dynamic.

The report should adjust according to the content.

Perhaps you can use a CrossTab for your report.  If not, you would need to arrange and format (border, background color, ...) each body & header field to create the desired table layout.
