Create BP role 000000 BP General: fields grayed out

Hi

I create (not yet/even change) a business partner in role 000000 Business Partner (general). All fields like Name and Address are grayed out. Any advice what to do in BP customizing? I checked customizing under SAP Business Partner for Financial Services/Field Groupings. The relevant fields are not in status "not specified". In another system these fields are also with radio button "not specified" but there I CAN edit the fields...

I checked already with Authorization people, I have full access/authorization so it is not my id.
