Issue with SSO


Hi Experts,

We are on NAKISA 4.0 SP1. We are facing an issue with TalentHub for HRs only when SSO is activated in Authentication Settings.

We are getting the following screen when tried to access the TalentHub for HRs application from Enterprise Portal.

Nothing happens after that. The wheel keeps on rotating. This is not happening regularly. Sometime we are able to access the TalentHub for HRs application without any issues.

Can you please let us knwo the cause? Thanks!

    Hi Kumar,

    This is usually a configuration error or a caching issue. I recommend that you first restart the application in the NWA and if the issue persists then revert to your previous configuration and then re-try the SSO configuration. SSO can be fully enabled in the AdminConsole with no XML modification.
