I wanna define number range for a field in CRM Web UI visit planning. E.g. from 1000 to 1999 .
I have tried something but it doesn't work .
I firstly tried that : SPRO ---> CRM --> Transactions --> Basic Settings --> Define Number Ranges
After that I chose ' Number Ranges for Activities ' . And defined a number range .
Secondly : SPRO ---> CRM --> Transactions -->Define Transaction Types .
Transaction type : CX04 . I chose transaction and there is a field that name is " Int.No.Range No " .
I chose my number range id by search help after save it . But as I say it doesnt work .
What is the way to do it ? If anybody helps , I will be grateful .
