PROBLEM WITH PRPS,PROJ,ANEK TABLES

Hai All,

Iam developing a PS report with the tables prps, proj, anek, iam facing a probelm in the select query

My code

SELECT a~pspnr b~posid b~psphi b~poski c~anln1 c~zuonr c~vorgn INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE it_final FROM proj AS a

INNER JOIN prps AS b ON a~pspnr = b~psphi

INNER JOIN anek AS c ON b~poski = c~zuonr

WHERE a~pspnr IN s_pspnr AND b~posid IN s_posid AND c~vorgn = 'AUUZ' .

In the selection screen i have given 2005-0001 to 2005-0020 for s_pspnr,but it is selecting the other records which are not between the s_pspnr.

Regards,

Siva jyothi

It is important to know that tables PROJ and PRPS with fields like PSPNR/POSID/PSPHI all have Conversion Routines associated with them to convert the values to internal SAP format and vice-versa.

To find out these Conversion Routines, go to the domains of the respective field and check under Convers.Routine.

The Conv Routines are different for different fields, so it usually requires a little bit of "playing around" to get it right.

Do one thing for each input element use CONVERSION_EXIT_KONPD_INPUT to convert the value to internal number. Convert both of the input using mentioned FM before select and use it.

    FROM proj AS a
    INNER JOIN prps AS b ON a~pspnr = b~psphi
    INNER JOIN anek AS c ON b~poski = c~zuonr
    WHERE a~pspnr IN s_pspnr AND b~posid IN s_posid AND c~vorgn = 'AUUZ' .

Strange, you correctly used a range in external format for WBS (here POSID) but forgot to do the same for projects that you selected on internal format (here PSPNR), take a break 😉 then look at parameters of a standard PS selection report like RKPSEL00.
