I am unable to find any download link for BO XI R2 service pack, at least SP4.

Could anyone help me ?

You would need to get in touch with your SAP sales representative if downloads do not work or unavailable.

You need to open a SAP support case so that SAP guys will provide you with the link for your s-userid.
