mass change of cost center in PO.

Hi,

Our client has requirement of changing cost center in multiple PO's.We can get list of PO satisfying these requirements through transaction ME2K.I have checked transaction MEMASSPO but it does not have field cost center at item level. Is their any other transaction / way by which we can fulfill this requirement.

Also list we are getting through ME2K appears in 3 lines. Is their any way by which we can get out put on single line.

Regards

Swati G.

Try option lSMW or BDC to update the cost centre field in the Purchase order. To see output in a single line you need to modify your layout,So that you can get required output.

You need to work with LSMW or BDC and try to record first all types of PO such as service item , cost center PO'S . After which you can upload the new cost center based on PO number and PO line item through ME22N.

Cost center and G/L account is stored in table EKKN and EKKN is not available in mass changes.

So you have to do LSMW for this requirement.
