Hello Experts,
We have done the upgrade for both ECC and portal in one of our sandbox system.
ECC6.0 EHP7
Portal 7.30
My team flash island is not visible in portal wherein i can see it in development system which has ECC6.0 EHP6 and portal version is 7.0. I can see the flash island when i click on the Open detailed team view.
Any clue?

Please check if the application works correctly when launced correctly from SE80 with the correct parameters.
If issue persists share screenshot along with application details that you are using.

Hi Sagar,
From the screenshot it looks like the sicf service for the flash islands has not been activated.
Follow the below steps:
1. Goto the transaction sicf
2. click on the execute button
3. open the tree structure default_host->sap->public->BusinessSuite->TM
4. Activate all the services under the TM folder.

As madhuri suggested activate the services in sicf transaction as shown below,
And i hope you have done the settings for the Team view application under the IMG path,
IMG->Personnel Management ->Manager Self-Service (Web Dynpro ABAP) -> Team View-> Configure menus for team view and for the Org chart visualization in team view do the required settings under the path
IMG->Personnel Management ->Manager Self-Service (Web Dynpro ABAP) ->Organizational Chart Visualization -> Configure Organizational Chart Visualization.

chk this and activate those all....I suggest activate total Business suite folder .............
make manager as cheif in ORG structure for which ur seeing in mss and under him atleast one employee shud be reporting him
upload one photo from OAAD nad chk in pa30 fr that pernr and also run report RPTMC_INDEX_EE_PIC_URL for quick performance and updation of pics in MSS team view .......log off and log in again and refersh the team view from MSS on top ..........all the best
and sap > bc > content server also ...right clik > activate them

Hi Sagar,
1. Try to maximize your internet explorer window and check.
2. If still not visible, check the application parameters configured for the teamview iview in Content Administration. For team view there many parameters and each parameter affects the teamview visibility accordingly.
