9KE0--Document posted effecting the Cost sheets

Hi all,

We are posting a document by using T-code 9KE0, We understanding that this wi not effect the GL account , Only the profit center is effected.....But when we have posted it also effecting cost sheets  Can you please tell me is it because of any configuration.

Please help us on this.

What does cost sheets mean?

Can you post  more detail information related to cost sheet?

Hi,

Actually my doubt is when we post document using T-code 9KE0 will it post the to GL Line item.

Or only Profit center line item....Becasue we have few transaction which have are shown both in Profit center line item and GL line item.........and few of them are not shown in GL line item but only in Profit center lien item....

And what are the setting innvolve in this,..

Please clarify

Hi..

All FI postings for GL account made to cost and revenue elements are transferred to Profit Center Accounting.

PCA postings using t-code 9KE0 are only transferred to Profit Center Accounting.

To transfer  FI document for certain balance sheet accounts (payables, receivables, assets, inventories, and WIP) periodically or (except for payables and receivables) in realtime to Profit Center Accounting, you should define “choose additional balance sheet and p&l accounts” of
configuration,  under : controlling->profit center accounting->actual posting->
choose additional
balance sheet and
p&l accounts.
