Can we use Submit statement in an RFC?

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement that , I need to submit a new program inside an RFC which will be executed in background.

I need to get a spool output from this new program which we are calling inside RFC.

Is it possible to get a spool from that program if we submitted that program inside an RFC Function Module which will get executed in background.
