How to release Comittment Budget values to available budget

Hi,

What are all the ways we can release / Transfer commited budget to again available budget.

you can use TC CJI5 and check the PR or PO wich are using budget in PS. you can close the PR and PO bu selecting field "completed" or "Final invoice" in PR or PO respectively.

This will release the commited budget (or compromised budget), which means, your budget will increase, rather than adding budget to WBS element.

       When we finish a project , can we use a action in cj20n  then we can dispear all commit for comlex project?

HI Kaka,

From CJ20N you can not make dissapear all commitments. YOu need to close PR and PO in respective transactions (ME52N or ME22N).

But you can make sure by assigning system status TECO such that NO new PR or PO's are created on WBS element.

Once all the PR and PO are closed, you can set system status CLOSED such that the project is closed.
