Where do I change Message for PR Notification Approval?

Dear All

I am new in SAP Business Workflow.

I have requirement to change the calculation in PR Notification Approval. It is showing wrong PR value to Approvar mail to approve the Overall release PR.
So, Please let me know where should I change this value or message in PR approval workflow.

Hi,

You can check attributes or container element properly having appropriate value or not.

If you need any custom calculation you have to define custom attribute inside the Business object.

Hi Amol,

   Please share your issue in detail. What value you want to change ? If you want to send the information in mail then just create a method in your BO and do all the calculation there , the final result should be exporting parameter of the method. Then Create a activity step in your workflow template before the mail sending / approval step. Take the values from this step to workflow container element and use this workflow element to display in mail.

Hi,

   you have to learn some doucment regardin workflow. Then check the workflow log of the PR. Is it really shoqing wrong value. If yes, check the bindin to populate correct value
