Excel crashes while logging on

Hi Guys,

We are trying to upgrade to office 2010

we have installed the BPC client on office and when trying to log on to it the excel crashes.

we have BPC 7.5 NW SP10, MS .NET 1.1/ .NET 4, EI 8, office 2010 SP1 (32bit), and window 7 (64 bit)

Any ideas why its crashing

    Solved the XceedZip.dll version was not as same the one on Server

    Hi Farrukh

    Please ask basis team to check the installation guide once for compatibility ( like 32 bit of office)

    BPC 7.5 NW SP 10 is compatible with office 2010 so it should work.

    I will suggest always work with latest SP package to avoid all this type of issue.
