Program RFSEPA01 - List contains no data

No message MSITEM033

Diagnosis

Could not read any line item that met the selection criteria indicated. This can have the following reasons:

1.) No corresponding match was thrown so far.

2.) You do not have permission to view this data.

3.) Data has been archived.

4.) Migration Ledger classic to new General Ledger Accounting: Releases are made ​​to the account in the migration phase 1 only in connection with a non-primary ledger.

To correct this error I found the notes 86067 and 1600014.

But when I run the program to fix the message occurs:

The document is in BKPF, but does not exist in BSEG.

how do I open this document and its items in BSEG?
