PI transaction SXMB_IFR didn't start

Hello Community !

I installed SAP PI/XI 7.01 SP3.

Then I run transaction SXMB_IFR

SAP opens browser:

I choose Integration Directory


After than I got message: unable to launch the applicaion:

    Hi Igor,

    Please try to go to the Administration Page and there you will find a Force Signing option. Click it and try.

    Hi igor.

    What is your jdk version? i think it should be 1.4.
