Korea words not show-up in mail from SBO

Hi

    We are using SBO Mailer function in Korea company database (B1 8.82 PL11, Korea localization). When i tried to use system printing template, Korea language can show up when we directly preview and print from B1. But when we send mail from SBO using mailer function, then Korea language can't show up.

    I am wondering this is bug under B1 8.82 PL11? Or we have wrong configuration setting in SBO mailer. As we installed all APAC company databases in 1 license server. Then we have special characters for Chinese, South Korea, Japan. If this is not bug, then please advise how we should correctly configure SBO mailer?

Hi,

You have to change your encoding from Chinese (PRC) to unicodes of CJK.

Hi

     Thanks! SAP support has helped us solve the issue. Actually we will face same issue when directly exporting to PDF from B1. Hence, we changed E-mail font in these layout to "Malgun Goth". Then it works!

Hi

    Just cannot see Korea characters in mail sent from B1 using SBO mailer function. But we can see Korea characters when we print from B1.
