Can you please help on this?
While generating PR from Network activities:
In case of material, PR generated with account assignment Q and in the acc. assignment tab WBS element field captured the WBS element from activities.
where as in case of Service, PR generated with acc. assignment P and item category D but here the problem is, the WBS element field is blank and only network and activity fields are captured.
Is there anything I am missing in config or it is the standard SAP behavior? If it is the standard SAP behavior, then kindly let me know how to capture WBS element instead of Network and activity.

It is standard SAP behavior. These settings are made in configuration under OPTT. So, we go to tcode ‘OPTT’ – To configure Account assignment categories for order. If you raise PR from network activity then it will pick 'N' as configured under account assign. General in OPTT (its 'P' in your case). And if you trigger PR on WBS then it will pick 'Q' as configured in OPTT under Account assignment cat Projects.
With OPTT config. You can replace 'P' with 'N' and that will
ultimately charge to the account assigned WBS of the respective network. There
is no point of having a WBS element field in place instead of P or N when the
purpose of charging WBS can be filled with 'N' itself.
Even if you insist then in OME9 you
can make the 'Project' field as Mandatory entry but that will be in display only.
As per the other's comments ,you may go with a Z-document type and Z-account assignment category configured under MM and make the WBS element field as mandatory with the above given selection and assign the same in OPTT, OME9 also

Hi,
If you create a service PR through PS Module, then system generate the PR at Network and activity level.
If you want Service PR at WBS level, so you create a service PR manually though MM module(T-Code ME51n).
