IDOC STATUS 51 WITH RETURN MESSAGE TRANSACTION TYPE I

Hi everybody

I create a vendor with IDOC.The date are general .

.Society and purchase organization data are not populated.

When inbound the IDoc, the status is 51. The message return of the aplication is "Trans. XK01 : Purch.org.not entered; purchasing area not being edited".

I think this is an information message, but why not the IDoc have been posted if this is a warning and not a error? Where I can resolve it?
