Production confirmation - PRTwise

Dear all,

Is there any option to choose PRT while doing production posting / confirmation?

The scenario is that we are manufacturing a part by more than one PRT (Mould / Die). If we attached more than one PRT as a equipment in the routing for a particular operation, life time for the same will be calculated for all the attached PRT's.

So i need to choose the correct PRT while doing confirmation. Please clarify my doubt at the earliest.

Not possible.

Work around

For one operation maintain One PRT and set the control key confirmation Not Mandatory.

While confirming Choose the correct operation and confirm the same, there by system will update the counter for the Particular PRT

Hi,

You can define additional paramter in SVK which is not relevant for costing etc for recording the PRT information while doing confirmation and report can be generated from AFRU.

Check and revert.

As per my understanding confirmation will happen on phase/operation level. There is no field to confirm in PRT level. One easy way is to add one operation for one PRT. But not sure how much convenient for your scenario.
