EWM POSC put away

Hi There,

I have created an Inbound Delivery in ECC and am using IDN & ID in EWM to do the complex put away. I am using IB01, IB02 & IB03 and have configured the setting for POSC using rule based for IB01 and IB02.

I am getting the following errors.

1. While configuring, I was not able to do 3065 (unloading with HU) for IB01. Instead I had used 3065 WPT

2. The IDN status is displayed in red color.

3. On creating ID, the ID number is generated, the status is again in red color (Locked).

4. WPT 1011 is being determined , but the staging area & the bin are not determined.

5. I am doing the packing in EWM, but the packed HUs are not visible when I am doing the follow up activities and creating a Ware house Task. The message is "There are no unpacked or packed warehouse request items for processing"

Kindly suggest what I need to do.

Hi Vijay

Can you tell me your non POSC working fine?

Most IMP in POSC mat should be packed.

So go to packing tab and pack the mat.

For packing you have two way ( 1. pack in ecc and send packed mat. 2. pack in ewm and then do unlaod)

IB01 unload will be HU WT. so when u go to following function u need to go HU WT tab.

In posc flag HU flag in posc customization and auto WT/ HU

When you have IB01 unload you should configure door determination. Door determination and group.

At movement ur IDN is in red it means ur basic customization is wrong. Check have created GR bin.

WPT 1011 what is source bin/ Storage type . and check bin creation.

check SLG1  for error details.

Here one more thing when u check first del first thing check SLG1 and find basic error.

IB02 is decon so sorting is imp with consolidation group assigned to ur activity area.

Thank you so much for the detailed reply.

Non POSC is working OK, but initially, when I am reading IDN in EWM, it is showing in red color, but when I am converting it to ID, it is displayed in green color and am able to do the putaway. I do not know why it is coming in red color initially.

I hv used SLG1 to find out the error, it is showing none.

I hv done packing in EWM and hv gone for unload, it says "document not ready".

GR bin is there. in 1011 WPT, the source type / bin are 9030 / door bin.

Rest all suggested customisation is already done, still the staging area / bin are not determined

After clicking check box, it says "no log found in database" when I had used SLG1.

Consolidation group is already assigned to activity area.

Pls advise further.

Hi Vijay ...

As replied by you I can see that your door determination is not working.

1. Check mat master its should have no door determination group.

2. Why your IDN is in red.

Issue can be purchase  vendor or SCU and Party entitle to dispose.

Are you putting ASN no while creating del in ERP. I mean shipment no in ERP. put that and check ur error.

3. 1011 + 9030 and door bin is good  check complete assignment as Door and staging area not determined automaticaly in IBD

Till your door/staging bin  determined automatically..

No slg1 error, strange...... Click on check button and press active button.

sort the bin before you do putaway.

First click on unload and then do put-away  WT.

Try this one, will reply you further will complete of setting to check further...

Hi Vijay

I support you to create one line POSC rather than decon POSC.

Then we can find one by one issue...

In same WPT and idi just create one line inbound with packing.

Hello Vijay,

If your ID is in locked status you cannot proceed with further steps. click on check button to get the error details. In forum you have multiple threads related to POSC inbound process.

Hi Sastry,

When I am clicking the check button, it says the document has been locked for editing.

When I am clicking the message log button, it says one document is read or no error messages displayed.
