Create BDCP2 change pointers for custom HR infotype

Dear experts,

Our client is currently integrating SAP ERP HR with Successfactors.

We have a standard message type ECPAO,that generates change pointers for standard infotypes, but for custom infotypes, the change pointer is not created in table BDCP2.

Could you please help us?

Hello,

Would you have any findings to share regarding this issue ? Were you be able to solve it ?

On my concern I have no change pointer generated at all in the BDCP2 table even if the ECPAO is activated and the RBDMIDOC report running in a job.
