Dear CS experts

My costumer requires sap to send an sms automatically to the costumer told him that all services are done and he can come to do billing also he needs to send the quotations automatically and when there is a notification created from a plan according to contract also will send an sms automatically tell him to come and do maintenance according to the contract which he made with the costumer
