Hi SAP Experts,
In MB25, i have five storage locations 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 and 0005, there's a user responsible for Sloc 0001 and another user responsible for the others SLocs
In my scenario, the user responsible for SLoc 0001 can only view the reservations made for SLoc 0001, If there is any reservations made for the others SLocs, the user must not be able to view those reservations.
Please advise.
Thanks
Hi,
If you want to proceed without any development, go for dynamic selection and enter the required storage location (say 0001 for the user 1) and save the variant with name as "U_<user id for user 1>". Now, this variant will be defaulted every time the user execute the MB25. You may protect the variant too, so that the variant wont be editable to the user.
Similarly maintain the other storage location in dynamic selection and maintain the variant name as "U_<corresponding user ID>"

Hi,
As per my knowledge you cannot control user to view storage location wise Reservations through authorization object (PFCG). For MB25 below authorization objects are available for authorization.
For achieving your goal , you have to attach Z authorization object to view reservation list with control of storaage Location with help of ABAPER.
