Object List getting greyed out when entering Installed Base Data for Contract


I am following the best practice document C3J_CRM702_BB Configuration guide, in the document it says

  1. In assignment block Object List select the installed base or all relevant installed base components for which this contract item should be valid for, using the input help

I enter my Ibase no, component and the equipment no

However after pressing enter, leaving the Ib no the other fields get greyed out, please advice why this happens, If I am missing any configurations.

The details entered are as per the installed base number

    As per my Knowledge, An Item can have either ibase or product/object. Once you make an entry in one of those fields as per standard it will disable other fields.
