Is there any way to add customer to line items in MD61.
I had checked also SOP but I cant find anything.
Please help me out.....

As far as I know, this is not possible.
One idea is to create different requirement plans for each customer.

No, it does not mean create a flexible planning for each customer.
On transaction MD61 you have the option to create a requirement plan. Try to create different plans for the same material, one for each customer.
