Quarterly Return FIWTIN_QRETURNS -Issue

Dear Expert

While am running the report "FIWTIN_QRETURNS"  below errors are occurring .kindly guide me how can i solve this issue.

Tree type WTIN does not exist

Hi Ajeesh,

The tree type WTIN has to be created. Please see the below steps.

Create the tree type in the view 'V_DMEE_TREE_TYPE'

Go to transaction 'SM30'

Provide view name as 'V_DMEE_TREE_TYPE'

Click on 'Maintain'

Click on 'New Entries' button

Provide Tree type as 'WTIN'

Category as 'Outgoing File'

Interface type as 'FIWTIN_QEFILE'

Save

Download the attached document 'dmee_file.zip' to front end and extract the xml file then follow the instructions given below to upload the xml file.

Go to transaction 'DMEE'

Provide Tree type as 'WTIN'

Provide Format tree as 'IDWT_IN_QRETURNS'

Go to menu bar Format tree -> Upload XML file

In popup provide location as 'P'

Xml file name as the location of downloaded xml file

Copy

Save and activate

The above steps are to be done by the Functional Consultants. Please note that there are a lot of OSS notes available for FIWTIN_QRETURNS. What are the Notes you have already implemented ?

Thanks for your valuable advice , after completion of above steps am getting below error

Kindly guide me what are the things i have to fill overhere

Format tree IDWT_IN_QRETURNS does not exist for tree type WTIN

Hi Ajeesh,

Please delete it and do the steps again. You can find the delete option under Format tree option on the main screen.

Hi Ajeesh,

Please click on Administrative data tab and you should get to see the Tree type filled with WTIN. Save and activate it. The fileds will be auto filled up by the system. There is no need to input any data manually. I tried your cell number given in your profile but it didn't work. It would have been easier to discuss it over phone. If you feel you can give me a call on my cell mentioned in my profile.

Hi Ajeesh,

Since today is a holiday I am not before the systems and hence tomorrow I can suggest you regarding the possible values to be filled but I don't remember facing such issues while activating WTIN. Anyway I can comment on that tomorrow only.

Please have a look at my reply in the below link. It contains almost all the OSS Notes related to FIWTIN_QRETURNS. Let me know which are the Notes you have already implemented.
