PMS content is not shown in portal

Dear Experts,

I am new to the PMS configuration. I have generated template in R3 and everything is working fine in R3 level (PHAP_ADMIN). But when i logged into ESS, i can see the template without any content. Request you to advise me on where i have missed the configuration or what needs to be done to see the complete template to process. Below is the screenshot for your reference.

I got the issue. Issue is because of the Roles & Authorizations assigned to the employee. Now I have one more issue. When I have assigned ESS role to the employee, the template is not opening to that employee. But if the same employee is assigned MSS role then the employee is able to open the document. I am getting the error message "There is no iView available for system "SAP_ERP_HumanResources": object "employee". For more information, contact your administrator". We are using Portal 7.3

try transaction phap_change. I think it's more like the portal version. Check if it works there or not
