How to call KM content in R3.

Dear All,

We are using new images in ESS launchpad.

so i have uploaded the images in KM content.

to call the images i have given for eg. (dev) FQDN/irj/go/km/docs/documents/ESS%20image.gif in LPD_CUST.

Its working fine on Dev system.

But on quality system ,while opening ESS it asks for DEV login and password.

Please suggest.
