    Hello Kumar,

The only tool we have for user activity tracking is Auditor, you can use it to monitor users activity (logins, logoffs, reports scheduled, etc).

The Administrator's Guide has more details on exactly how to use Auditor within the product.

    Notification when scheduling https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1544644

There also some scripts helping to enable email notification not for specific user(s) activity but for scheduled reports...

In 4.0 you can use Alert notifications for Crystal Reports

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Kumar,

It is not possible with the existing product. You need to Check with SDK expert on the same.

But we can achieve this by using other things query builder.

please find the below document to have the details about schedule reports.

    BusinessObjects Query builder queries

we can also capture the promoting content from Promption Management.

1.you have configured the email destination in Adaptive Job server

    2. schedule a report, the report can run but no data or a little data, entry the mail title and message;

then set "Run for all user"(or the user you want to send mail), then run it.

You should look for opportunities in getting these information from Auditor instead from repository. If you are in BI4.x you may required to configure the same manually as it doesn't come out of box. Have a look here http://scn.sap.com/community/bi-platform/blog/2013/01/07/sap-businessobjects-40-auditor-configuration-deployment-end-to-end

      Hi Manikandan,

We already set up the auditing and deployed Audit Universe and reports.

What we are looking here is For example in monitoring we can send an alert notification when Server stopped,The same way we want to send alert when promoting any job or scheduling report in day time between 9am to 5pm.

      Thanks,

      Kiran

    Hi,

I suppose thorough the Audit Database this will be possible.

Audit Database's predefined Universe and Report is available by SAP.(Given Link below)

Use that and Develope Report and scheduled it in your mail ID.
