How can I change the landscape format for all the printers?

Hi,

I have a new production environment and all the printers that are configured in the system are printing every time in this format: X_65_255 in landscape.

How can I change the format so all the printers configured in the system can print in portrait and not in landscape.

Thanks,

Carlos

    Hi,

    To change the default format for current logon user only you can do:

    Print-> Properties-> Specifications

    Name Format

    Value <Your prefer>

    Select Validity and click on 'Copy Settings'.

    If you would like to change the default format for all users, you can use report 'RSPRIPARADMIN'.

    Hope this is helpful for you.

    Regards,

    Wen Peng

    Please check the below thread . Printer formats can be defined under printer specifications.

    You can select portrait/landscape while printing, in your local printer settings.

    For changing/setting format types navigate as below:

    SPAD > output devices > Select output device > Go To(Top Menu) > Device Types > Select and change formating using "Formats" button.
