PERIODIC Vs YTD

Hello Experts,

We have a YTD application and been asked to collect Periodic data. I put a formula in to calculate the YTD but of course when the template is refreshed it does not pull back the submitted data. I have alos tried EVSND and EVSEN.

We have BPC MS 7.5 SP5

Any suggestions please?
