How to capture the updated entries of a table in TR through report execution?

Hi All,

I have developed one report for updating T024 for mass updating Email-Id. Is it possible to capture the updated entries in a TR, if i give TR number as

input in selection screen to the report?

Is it possible to capture the entries through report automatically? Give me some sample code..
