Hello Team,

I would like to know in IW22 transaction, for order numbers who maintains long text in documentation part?

Is it user responsibility or else will it be updated from any standard table.

please find attached image for your understanding and kindly help me in this.

Hi Srinivas

If for the notifcation user want to have a long description he can maintain it. Rest it may also happen if notifcation is created via BAPI etc and you want some long text based on business need can maintain it.,
