Download GUI from market place using S- User ID

Hi,

I am trying to download SAP GUI using my S-user id (which i got after my certification) but it gives me authorization error.

To get authorization i mailed to my super administrator which is showing in my profile, but no response form him.

I just want to know whether certified consultants are allowed to download SAP GUI and other free trial software from market place or not ?
