BO4 - Changes in security editor - take impact without export business layer

Hi,

We use bo4 sp8

If need to make changes to business security profile, e.g the rows a particular group can see, is it sufficent to just make these chnages in the security editor without republishing the business layer.

Having tried this out this looks to be the case.

Assume therefore any time need to create business or data security profile changes just need to do in the security editor.
