[BUG]Non-existent posts are suggested when asking a question

Steps: ask a question, type the text as in the screenshot below. In the "questions that may already have your answer" try to do right-click -> Open on the 3rd item ("Answers list..." ). Content Unavailable ("Sorry, was not migrated, blah blah blah") is displayed:

Dead links should not be suggested when posting a question. No clue why :HCP Trial ..." would be a suitable siggestion either but that's another story.
