To attach Adobe form in outlook mail using ZFM for Workflow

HI Experts,

Please suggest me

how to attach adobe form in ZFM of outlook mail? The ZFM is called in a Method of BO(YBUS2089) for workflow.

To send mail 'm using attached  ZFM
