Function DZL Wierd behavior

Hello All,

I am using below function in my schema..

PZL RULE GEN *

Time Eval executes the Rule but it stops the first statement after the wage type. It doesn't matter what statement I write after the wage type! Am i missing something or doing wrong here? Can you please provide me some insight?
